A National Match replacement pistol barrel for the HK USP 45. Made from 4140 gun barrel certified chrome moly steel for strength and longevity. Conventionally rifled for lead and jacketed bullets, with a fully supported chamber. Manufactured to ensure consistent bore and groove dimensions throughout the length of the barrel.  Chambered with custom reamers designed in house to balance accuracy and reliability. Available in factory standard length, extended length and match weight length, and ported.

PVD COATINGS:

We now offer custom PVD finish options. USP 45 barrels are now available in our standard black finish as well as silver, copper, and gold PVD coatings. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings are an extremely hard coating that offer aesthetically pleasing colors and increased lubricity.  For colors, please see images at the top of the page.  PLEASE NOTE THAT PVD FINISHES ADD APPROXIMATELY 3-4 WEEKS TO LEAD TIME.
