Jarvis, Inc. accepts unused and unaltered items in original packaging and condition for 30 days from the date received for refund, credit, or exchange. Any problems with items received must be reported within 30 days of the date received. Once received, the item will be subject to inspection before any refund, credit, or exchange is given.
To return items please follow the steps below:
- Contact customer service at 406-625-2562 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. An RMA number will be issued.
- Include the RMA number, receipt or invoice, contact phone number, and contact email in the box.
Accepted returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
If an item does not fit a customers firearm due to the order being placed incorrectly by the customer, the following policies apply:
- PVD and DLC coatings are non-refundable.
- If original order is being exchanged for a new item, the original order will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The new item may be subject to applicable fees not to exceed 35% of original order amount (percentage may be lower).
- If original order is to be altered, applicable fee will be charged to alter the original item(s). This fee will not exceed 15% of the original order amount (percentage may be lower).

Barrels are machined to order. For this reason, any orders cancelled more than 72 hrs after the order is placed will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. To cancel an order contact customer service at 406-625-2562 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All order cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
If a product is not performing as you believe it should, please contact our customer service at 406-625-2562. We do not warranty the use of reloaded ammunition. For any issues reported within 30 days of the date received, we will send a return shipping label at no cost to the customer. If the issue is reported after 30 days, you may send the item(s) to the following address AFTER the Return Authorization Number has been issued:

Shipping & Exporting
Our standard method of shipping is USPS – Priority Mail. If you would like to alter the method of shipping please contact our customer support at 406-625-2562 after your order has been placed. We may ship via USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. If special shipping instructions are not provided, all item(s) will ship via USPS – Priority Mail.
*Free shipping does not apply to fitted barrel orders or any other shipments that include slides or complete firearms. For the shipment of firearms, shipping charges will be calculated upon the completion of the order.
Jarvis, Inc. does not export any item(s) outside of the United States. Our products are ITAR regulated items and according to United States law, they cannot be exported out of the United States without the appropriate export permits. Jarvis, Inc. ships to all US states as well as Puerto Rico and Guam. For our customers in Canada, shipments are handled through a third party exporter.
