PVD and DLC finishes are extremely hard, thin film coatings that are wear resistant and protect against corrosion. PVD coatings can only be applied to steel parts. DLC can be applied to aluminum and steel.

Description

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Parts must be steel for PVD. DLC coatings can be done on steel and aluminum.

This service includes stripping any original coating your parts may have before PVD/DLC coating and proper prep work to the metal.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Slides and frames must be completely stripped prior to shipping. If any disassembly is required upon receipt, an additional $30.00 charge will apply. If shipping a pistol frame, include your local FFL’s address and contact information or a copy of their FFL in the box. Frames will only be shipped back to a FFL holder.
