Match grade barrels for the Beretta M9 and 92.  At Jarvis Inc, we are passionate about the M9 and 92 series pistols, from the accuracy the platform provides to the iconic appearance.  We began our work on Beretta pistols shortly after our founding as a company. Known for his excellent gunsmith work in the 80’s and 90’s, Bill Jarvis relied upon his extensive knowledge and experience with the pistol to create some of the most accurate barrels ever produced for the Beretta 92 and M9.

Made from 4140 Gun Barrel Certified Steel and heat treated to 40-42 HRC for superior strength and longevity.  Button rifled to a mirror finish, machined to tolerances of .0005″, and polished by hand. Take your Beretta to the next level with a Jarvis match grade barrel.

I ordered a .40 S&W to 9mm conversion barrel for my Walther P99, and it works flawlessly. The coating is slicker than the coating on my factory barrel, and it seems more accurate. My only regret is that I did not have the barrel fitted to my slide.

I purchased a drop-in barrel from Jarvis, it was just as accurate as the factory barrel, but I was looking for a more accurate barrel. I contacted Jarvis and he insisted that he would make me a very accurate barrel, so he told me to ship my slide to him and he would make me a fitted barrel for free, he wanted me to be satisfied. I was very impressed with such customer service. They went out of their way to make me happy with the purchase. Would definitely buy again. And yes the new fitted barrel was extremely accurate, it averaged 1 1/2 in groups at 25yds.

For almost 40 years we have been the leader in precision and accuracy.  We do not compromise, and we demand perfection from ourselves because we believe that’s what our customers deserve.  Our extensive background in manufacturing and gunsmithing has made us the industry standard for aftermarket barrels.

What separates us from the pack?  It starts with steel.  All of our Beretta pistol barrels are manufactured from 4140 Gun Barrel Certified Steel made in the USA.  This carbon steel provides outstanding strength and thermal characteristics which provide phenomenal longevity and performance under heat and high stress.  Our proprietary rifling process is done by rifling machines designed by us to ensure bore and groove dimensions are held to .0005″ tolerances and do not vary over the length of the barrel.  This button rifling process produces a mirror like 4 to 6 micron finish.  Every process, from drilling and rifling, to turning and milling is carried out by our experienced machinists and gunsmiths.

At Jarvis, Inc. we believe that our experience and attention to detail are producing the finest aftermarket Beretta barrels available.  With honesty and integrity, we strive to serve our customers to the best of our ability on a daily basis.

We offer match grade options for the Beretta 92 and M9 line of pistols including all variations of the 92 and M9 including the Full Size and Compact models.  We also offer a Flat Dark Earth option on our Beretta barrels for the new M9A3.

All models offered have a variety of customizable options including right and left-hand threads for suppressor or compensator use, extended lengths up to 6″, and ported options for reduced muzzle rise.

Our National Match fitted barrels provide the tightest lockup that can be achieved while maintaining the functionality of your pistol.  Beretta barrel fitting requires the customer’s entire pistol to be shipped in.  We recommend customers to select the drop in option when ordering threaded barrels for suppressor use.

The reason for this recommendation is that coupling the increase in recoiling mass of the suppressor with an extremely tight fitting barrel may result in cycling issues.  Drop in barrels do not require fitting on any surface, they are manufactured to factory dimensions on all locking surfaces and provide outstanding function and performance.
