non-warranty Returns
Jarvis, Inc. accepts unused and unaltered items in original packaging and condition for 30 days from the date received for refund, credit, or exchange. Any problems with items received must be reported within 30 days of the date received. Once received, the item will be subject to inspection before any refund, credit, or exchange is given. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. PVD and DLC coatings are non-refundable. Porting is non-refundable. If an item does not fit a customers firearm due to the order being placed incorrectly by the customer, the following policies apply:
- PVD and DLC coatings are non-refundable.
- If original order is being exchanged for a new item, the original order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of the original barrel, and the new barrel that will be made for the exchange. PVD/DLC coatings and barrel porting is non-refundable and will be charged in full for all exchanges.
- If original order is to be altered, applicable fees will be charged to alter the original item(s). This fee will not exceed 15% of the original order amount (percentage may be lower).
To return items please follow the steps below:
- Contact customer service at 406-625-2562 or via email at facts@jarvis-custom.com. An RMA number will be issued.
- Include the RMA number, receipt or invoice, contact phone number, and contact email in the box.

Cancellations
Barrels are machined to order. For this reason, any orders cancelled more than 72 hrs after the order is placed may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. PVD & DLC coatings are non-refundable. If an item is already coated, no refund will be issued for the coating. To cancel an order contact customer service at 406-625-2562 or via email at facts@jarvis-custom.com. Please be sure of what you are ordering as all barrel orders that have started processing will be subject to this restocking fee. Warranty Information
Fit and function are covered under our warranty. Warranty claims are for issues with fit and/or function of any item. We do not warranty the use of reloaded ammunition. Due to not having any SAAMI specificied maximum pressure, we do not warranty the use of +P+ ammunition. The use of +P ammunition is covered under warranty.
Any items altered by the customer or a gunsmith may not be covered under warranty. For any issues with fit or function reported within 60 days of the date received, we will send a return shipping label at no cost to the customer. If the issue is reported after 60 days of receiving the item, you may send the item(s) to the following address AFTER the Return Authorization Number has been issued: Jarvis Inc 95 Box Bird Lane Stevensville, MT 59870 Any alterations made to products by a party other than Jarvis Inc. will void all warranty.
Shipping & Exporting
SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA: DUE TO CA SB704, STARTING JANUARY 1, 2026, ALL BARREL ORDERS SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL. THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR CALIFORNIA ORDERS MUST BE AN FFL. WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOUR FFL ENTERED IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO GET A COPY OF THEIR FFL PRIOR TO SHIPMENT.

Our standard method of shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. If you would like to alter the method of shipping please contact our customer support at 406-625-2562 after your order has been placed. If special shipping instructions are not provided, all item(s) will ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
EXPORTING:
Jarvis, Inc. does not export any item(s) outside of the United States. Our products are ITAR regulated items and according to United States law, they cannot be exported out of the United States without the appropriate export permits. Jarvis, Inc. ships to all US states as well as Puerto Rico and Guam. For our customers in Canada, shipments are handled through a third party exporter.
